The Site is an informational page about Neras and its products. It has no contact form, account, sign-in or payment step. Contact with us happens by email only.

- Local storage: to remember your light or dark theme choice, the value “light” or “dark” is written to your browser’s local storage under the single key
neras-theme. It does not identify you, is never sent to us, and can be removed by clearing this site’s data in your browser. - No third-party content is loaded. Fonts and images are served from the Site’s own server.
3. Server Logs
When you visit the Site, the hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, browser information and the requested page in order to deliver the page to you. These records are used only for security and service continuity, for a limited period; they are not used to build profiles or to identify you.
4. Contacting Us by Email
When you write to hello@neras.ai, the information you send is used only to answer your request and is not processed for unrelated purposes. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages without your consent.
5. External Links
The Site links to product websites such as NeoProposal (neoproposal.com) and NeoOfis (neoofis.com.tr). Those sites are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies; we recommend reading them when you follow a link.
6. Security
All connections to the Site are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
7. Children
