This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). It explains what personal data is processed when you visit neras.ai and when you contact us by email.

Data processed while you use the NeoProposal and NeoOfis products is covered by the notices published on those products’ own websites.
2. Personal Data We Process
neras.ai has no contact form, account or payment step, and uses no cookies or visitor analytics. Only the following data may be processed:
- Identity and contact details: the name, email address, job title, company name and phone number (if any) you share when you email us.
- Content of your request: the information contained in your email and its attachments.
- Transaction security: server logs kept automatically by the hosting infrastructure when you visit the site (IP address, date and time, browser and device information, requested page).
3. Purposes of Processing
- Reviewing and answering your questions, partnership and product enquiries.
- Conducting negotiations towards a contract where you ask us to.
- Providing the site securely and without interruption, and preventing misuse.
- Meeting our legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected to the extent you send it to us by email, and automatically while you visit the site. It is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), that it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations (ç), and on the basis of our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
5. Transfers
Your personal data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited to the purposes above, it may be shared with the suppliers we use to host the site and to run our email communication, and with public authorities legally entitled to request it. These suppliers’ servers may be located abroad; any transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Once these periods expire, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- To request erasure or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK.
- To request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- To object to a result reached against you through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems.
- To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests relating to your rights, together with information allowing us to verify your identity, in writing to our head office address above or by email to hello@neras.ai from an email address you have previously given us. Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; where the process incurs a cost, the fee set out in the tariff of the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is rejected or you find our response insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Board.
